About
Susan Sjolund’s career as a marketing and public relations executive has spanned the globe in the pursuit of driving people and companies to perform at their highest levels. She has participated in two startup acquisitions in the MedTech space, influenced the governments of Malaysia and Sweden to adopt equity crowdfunding as a path to accelerate entrepreneurship and survived the first two years as a mom of twins while calling New York City, Cape Town, Stockholm, London, Silicon Valley and San Diego “home” as a Namibian native.
After twenty years in the corporate sector, Susan has directed her attention to following her passion for empowering others to be the best version of themselves and has to date coached and consulted for a variety of clients in countries including USA, Sweden, Canada, South Africa, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East.
Susan believes that her clients are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, and that they need to develop their own superpowers to move beyond what they themselves believe to be possible in their own lives. She employs an empathetic presence combined with skills honed over hundreds of hours of coaching to show up fully present and create a safe space in which her clients can transform – while having fun!
Registered with the International Coaching Federation as an ACC (Associate Certified Coach), Susan holds a CPCC qualification from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) as well as certifications in leadership and innovation from Harvard Business School and NYU School of Business. She has a B.Tech degree in Public Relations from the Cape University of Technology in Cape Town, South Africa.
