Tim has served in the Financial Services industry as a forward-thinking and results-driven leader with diverse and progressive experiences in three distinct top 15 financial institutions during his career. His extensive experience forming and launching corporate-wide change management and leadership development practices, as well as leading regional and national multi-site operations and key human resource functions, uniquely shapes a deep understanding of the strategic, operational, and cultural realities of business.

As a professional coach and consultant, Tim has a passion and demonstrated expertise in helping people and organizations bring out the best in themselves and in others. Whether through his work with executives and emerging leaders or his interdenominational ministerial leadership commitments, Tim excels in partnering with clients to accelerate recognition, understanding, and mastery of the unique potency within them. Then, together and by choice, he helps multiply, deepen, and advance how they bring that potency to life at work and beyond. Tim’s unique combination of business acumen, psychological insight, executive presence, candor, and sense of humor help his clients magnify their personal and organizational impact and contribution.

He earned a degree in Industrial Management/ Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. He is also a graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Banking and received his Executive Coaching and Professional Leadership certifications through the Townsend Institute and Huntington University’s Graduate School of Organizational Development. Tim is a certified Lead By Greatness™ coach.  He and his wife Colleen have four children and six grandchildren all residing in the great state of Ohio.
