With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, she excels at bringing complex projects to life—ensuring seamless execution from contract to completion. Emily expertly coordinates timelines, resources, and teams, anticipates challenges, and keeps stakeholders engaged and accountable. She also manages Lapin’s 360° Leadership Reflection Tool, optimizing its effectiveness for leadership development.

Beyond project execution, Emily’s deep understanding of the Lapin brand and unwavering commitment to its mission make her a trusted advisor and consummate brand ambassador. Her passion for operational excellence and collaboration continues to drive the firm’s growth and impact.

Emily earned a B.S. in Recreation Management and Youth Leadership from Brigham Young University and has over 15 years of experience in organizing and planning large events. She lives near Boise, Idaho with her husband and three children and enjoys skiing in the winter and outdoor adventures in the summer.
