We are a niche consulting firm that strengthens companies from within. We help companies across industries find their competitive distinction and develop inclusive and inspiring leaders who can deliver on it. We work across industries in medium to large businesses, with a new added focus on technology companies who are in a rapid growth phase.
We are a small, diverse team who work virtually for a lot of the time. Our teams meet online daily and at client meetings. While we have a few people in the Los Angeles area where regular contact is possible, we would also consider individuals based elsewhere. You would work closely with the CEO who is based in LA and the President who is based in Tucson, AZ.
About You
You are looking to use your 5+ years of B2B sales and/or marketing experience to embark on a new trajectory of accomplishment that makes a difference in the world with a team of people you enjoy and respect. You are a people-person, an initiator, and a doer. You are as comfortable with and capable of writing emails as you are talking on the phone. You work well independently and collaboratively, and you are motivated to achieve goals while working virtually. Most importantly, you enjoy being recognized for the value you add to the team, the results you achieve, and the quality individual that you are.
We are looking for you to help us grow our impact on the world by providing support to our sales efforts. You will be ultimately responsible for overseeing our website, and our outgoing and incoming digital marketing. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining, building, and expanding our CRM
- Using tools such as SalesForce, BuzzBuilder, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Preparing high-quality sales and marketing collaterals for leads and prospects
- Seeking opportunities for speaking engagements, conferences, and other events through which we can increase our exposure and share our message
- Setting up sales and digital marketing campaigns and responding to inquiries while building relationships with leads
- Developing and maintaining contact with leads, prospects and previous clients to have qualifying conversations and help convert these contacts into projects.
- Scheduling qualified calls between prospects and one of our lead consultants
