For 25 years, Lapin Consulting International has provided strategy consulting and leadership development services to clients around the globe in a variety of industries helping them find and develop their DISTINCTION and use it to grow their results.
We do amazing work for clients, but our growth is mainly organic, within existing client organizations. We need help to grow our business to new clients. We are looking for someone who can generate serious, qualified leads that our sales team can follow up on. This means an integrated, extremely well targeted marketing campaign using a variety of digital platforms as well as SEO and SEM. Your success will be a function of the qualified leads you generate. Ideally, I am looking for someone to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis so that you can absorb our culture, identify with our purpose and feel dedicated to our success.
While you would have access to our team for support, you would be responsible for the entire campaign from concept to execution.

We are a small, diverse team who work virtually for a lot of the time. Our teams meet online daily and at client meetings. While we have a few people in the Los Angeles area where regular contact is possible, we would also consider individuals based elsewhere. You would work closely with the CEO who is based in LA and the President who is based in Tucson, AZ.

During our current period of growth, we are seeking a qualified candidate to fill a dual role, executive assistant/ social media assistant. This is a part-time position consisting primarily of remote work, but the candidate must reside in Los Angeles and be able to commute to West LA/ Beverly Hills once a week. Candidate must have prior experience as an executive assistant and be extremely organized and detail-oriented. He or she must also be social-media and tech savvy and possess a proficient understanding of different social media platforms. The ideal candidate will also have excellent business acumen and demonstrate proficient understanding of the industry.
