For 25 years, Lapin Consulting International has provided strategy consulting and leadership development services to clients around the globe in a variety of industries helping them find and develop their DISTINCTION and use it to grow their results.

We do amazing work for clients, but our growth is mainly organic, within existing client organizations. We need help to grow our business to new clients. We are looking for someone who can generate serious, qualified leads that our sales team can follow up on. This means an integrated, extremely well targeted marketing campaign using a variety of digital platforms as well as SEO and SEM. Your success will be a function of the qualified leads you generate. Ideally, I am looking for someone to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis so that you can absorb our culture, identify with our purpose and feel dedicated to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing and managing an integrated, extremely well targeted marketing campaign.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

While you would have access to our team for support, you would be responsible for the entire campaign from concept to execution.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing similar campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, SEO, SEM, Email marketing, and social media.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.

About Us

We are a niche consulting firm that strengthens companies from within. We help companies across industries find their competitive distinction and develop inclusive and inspiring leaders who can deliver on it. We work across industries in medium to large businesses, with a new added focus on technology companies who are in a rapid growth phase. 

We are a small, diverse team who work virtually for a lot of the time. Our teams meet online daily and at client meetings. While we have a few people in the Los Angeles area where regular contact is possible, we would also consider individuals based elsewhere. You would work closely with the CEO who is based in LA and the President who is based in Tucson, AZ.

We are looking for you to help us grow our impact on the world by providing support to our sales efforts. You will be ultimately responsible for overseeing our website, and our outgoing and incoming digital marketing. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining, building, and expanding our CRM
  • Using tools such as SalesForce, BuzzBuilder, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Preparing high-quality sales and marketing collaterals for leads and prospects
  • Seeking opportunities for speaking engagements, conferences, and other events through which we can increase our exposure and share our message
  • Setting up sales and digital marketing campaigns and responding to inquiries while building relationships with leads
  • Developing and maintaining contact with leads, prospects and previous clients to have qualifying conversations and help convert these contacts into projects.
  • Scheduling qualified calls between prospects and one of our lead consultants

During our current period of growth, we are seeking a qualified candidate to fill a dual role, executive assistant/ social media assistant. This is a part-time position consisting primarily of remote work, but the candidate must reside in Los Angeles and be able to commute to West LA/ Beverly Hills once a week. Candidate must have prior experience as an executive assistant and be extremely organized and detail-oriented. He or she must also be social-media and tech savvy and possess a proficient understanding of different social media platforms. The ideal candidate will also have excellent business acumen and demonstrate proficient understanding of the industry.

What you’ll do

  • Support the CEO and serve as primary point of contact for his administrative needs
  • Build relationships with the EAs of clients and prospects to easily facilitate meetings between them and our CEO
  • Manage the CEO’s calendars and set up internal and external meetings on his behalf
  • Plan and optimize all travel-related requests for the CEO and other team members
  • Research individuals and organizations with whom the CEO needs to interact
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Assist in producing engaging content that will build our following
  • Actively stay up-to-date on industry trends, new social platforms, existing platform updates, and up-and-coming influencers
  • Connect and engage with authors, speakers, etc. to establish new connections and networks
  • Create and track content calendars
  • Act as the advocate of social media integration within the company, bringing new social media options to both our company and our clients

What you’ll need

  • Along with your resume, please provide a cover letter. An additional writing sample, or a link to your blog, website, etc. is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as executive assistant and at least 1 year of professional experience managing social media for clients
  • Ability to stay on task and productive while working in a virtual office
  • Ability to work under effectively and efficiently in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and efficient
  • Knowledge of social media publishing, tracking, and analytic platforms (e.g. HootSuite, Google Analytics)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 program and tools on both Mac and PC
  • Proficiency with proofreading content and ensuring precision before publishing or posting
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Carry out research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of the client and its needs, and present findings and recommendations to the client.
