Led by two Senior Lapin Consultants, our Lead by Greatness® program comprises three key content areas or “modules” – each an optional stand-alone workshop that identifies roadblocks preventing you from realizing your vision, creates alignment around your most pressing objectives, and provides the blueprint for transformation and change.
Through high-impact, one-on-one coaching that stimulates higher levels of performance, participants will discover and articulate their personal purpose and align it to their leadership roles, formulate their Leadership Fingerprint™ to influence others and resolve conflict, and gain tools to manage their own defensiveness and inspire others to purposeful action.
Leaders will identify the missing link in leadership and examine the relationship between respect,
trust, and popularity. We will explore the erosion of trust and
examine ways to build trust in each other and organizationally.
Differentiating between tyrants and leaders, participants will
learn the value of replacing intimidation with inspiration.
They will learn the importance of shifting their instruments
of influence from the authority of their status to the power
of their personal leadership stature
Consisting of one Lapin coach
and five participants, this first session will provide the space to unpack and personalize the concepts that were taught in the workshops. Coaches will also encourage participants to experiment with individual actions that can improve their performance.
