Leadership Development

For senior and high-potential executives, we offer a combination of interactive workshops and one-on-one coaching. For other staff, we offer team development, alignment workshops, train-the-trainer programs, webinars, and the Lapin Online Leadership Academy (LOLA).

Evaluating Outcomes

We meet with leadership at regular intervals to monitor our agreed-upon metrics, track progress, plan next steps, and recalibrate the program as needed.
