About Tim Carter
Tim has served in the Financial Services industry as a forward-thinking and results-driven leader with diverse and progressive experiences leading large multi-site operations and key human resource functions for three distinct top 15 financial institutions during his career. Tim most recently served as Senior Vice President and Director of PNC’s Leadership Institute supporting the growth of over 8500 leaders.
Tim has a passion and demonstrated expertise in helping people and organizations bring out the best in themselves and in others. Whether through his work with executives and emerging leaders or his interdenominational ministerial leadership commitments, Tim excels in leading others to discover, apply and achieve their given potential.
He earned a degree in Industrial Management/Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and also is a graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Banking. Tim and his wife Colleen have four children and three grandchildren all residing in the great state of Ohio.
