Erin Clymer Lessard is a skilled coach, facilitator, and leadership development specialist. She brings change management, leadership, corporate and nonprofit experience to her clients. During her tenure in a Fortune 250 company, Erin led a department through several change initiatives, motivating cross-functional teams to achieve higher results and built strategic partnerships across a complex organization.
As a coach, Erin helps her clients positively influence their teams to rise to the challenge of changing business. Clients include emerging leaders, experienced managers, senior leaders, new executives and board members in corporate and nonprofit settings.
As a strategic partner, facilitator and consultant, Erin focusses on leadership development, team effectiveness, strategic planning, board leadership and audience-focused programming. She has designed and facilitated leadership development and team effectiveness programs for leaders at all levels. Currently, Erin consults to non profit and for profit organizations leading them through visioning and strategic planning processes by accessing their organizational strengths.
Erin is certified in Strengths Finder (Gallup), Disc (Inscape Publishing), and advanced coaching (PNC). She has an MBA from Duquesne University. She is a certified Lead by Greatness(TM) coach.
